1200sqm Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment
Project Value $350,000
Bankstown Council Fitout consisted of the Refurbishment /Fitout of 1200sqm office space followed by the make good of existing space in an occupied environment over three stages. The entire project was a completed in an 5 week construction program.
Scope of work was typical to any commercial fitout including the demolition of existing office space, provision of new floor finishes, partitions, detailed joinery, workstations, essential services, relocation services and the like. The difficulty of the project was staging in an occupied environment and the relocation of 4 different subsections into one location over 3 weekends. Due to compressed time frames and end of lease restrictions, the project was completed in 5 weeks.
Despite the extremely tight time frame the project exceeded all client expectations, including building management, being delivered on time to the highest levels of quality whilst meeting the client’s budget.
Both our Director’s Paul Boyd (Construction/Project Manager) and Warren Stephens (Site Manager) managed this project to completion in April 2010.
“The level 5 project involved relocation of staff & workstations over 3 weekends, a critical item was co-ordination & communication which was excellent.”
Darryl Sewell – Building Manager/Co-ordinator
