Site Managers / Foremans

Due to continued growth within our organisation we are currently seeking experienced Site Managers / Foremans to join our dynamic team, to assist in delivering a diverse range of projects.

You will have experience with managing medium to large project within education, residential and commercial new construction and refurbishment projects.

You will preferably have 5 – 10 years previous experience working in these fields, with demonstrated knowledge of the Site Management processes, principals and best practice domestically.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

• Implement the WHSE Management Plan;
• Carry out risk assessment and usng the Hierarchy of Controls in all design, fabrication and construct activities to minimise WHSE risks;
• Manage all subcontractors and supplier on-site
• Provide instruction to tradesmen and labourers
• Management of resources, material, plant equipment and labour
• Manage project budgets
• Manage project schedule and project plan
• Monitor and managing compliance with the WHS Management System, including Safe Work Method Statement and communicating requirements;
• Monitor and managing compliance with WHS, workplace injury management and workers compensation legislation, regulations, standards and codes;
• Manage WHS Design issues where applicable;

We require a Site Manager who is a forward thinker, progressive, dynamic leader who has excellent people management skills, with an internal and external focus, and the desire to achieve success.

Utilise your exceptional problem solving ability and strong attention to detail along with a high level of prioritisation skills and time management ability, this will be coupled with;

• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated technical experience
• Successful track record in a Site Management position
• Relevant experience in using software programs within the construction industry.
• First Aid Certificate essential
• Must be trade qualified
