The works consist of the fit out for office space in the first floor of the Gatehouse Building at Lake Macquarie City Council’s Boolaroo Depot.
Works include Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and furniture/joinery work in relation to an office fit out for 54 staff with toilet, laundry, office furniture and joinery, and kitchen facilities.
Works also include a roof structure over a terrace, access stairs and a lift.
This scope of works involves the removal of the existing internal partition walls, creation of new opening in the walls for the external stair access and the expansion of the window to the GF into a door opening.
The excavation scope of works involves the excavation of the footings to support the external steel stairs and new service connections.
This scope of works include the construction of new first floor internal partition walls, creation of new amenities, kitchen and break out room. There are three offices to be constructed along with and outdoor covered balcony.
There is a new external structural steel fire egress stair being installed along with and extension to the existing lift shaft.
