The works under contract was for the internal works to the Ingham, Dean, breezeway and LRC buildings.

The demolition scope of works included but not limited to the disconnection of existing services and demolition of internal walls, ceilings, windows, doors, floor finishes, balustrade and support posts.

The main construction works involved the Installation of structural steel, new wall partitions including framework and sheeting, make good of ceiling framework. Install new windows and doors, painting, electrical, data and security to be installed and commissioned. Install new floor finishes, skirtings and install pinboards and whiteboards.
