Mosman Art Gallery

Commercial Refurbishment – Project Value $300,000

Mosman Council contracted Momentum Built to complete the Refurbishment /Fitout of 400sqm office space and Art Gallery space. The entire project was a completed in a 5 week construction program.

Scope of work was typical to any commercial fitout including the demolition of existing office space, provision of new floor finishes, partitions, detailed joinery, workstations, essential services, relocation services and the like. The difficulty of the project was staging in an occupied environment and ensuring existing gallery services were not interupted.

Despite the tight time frame the extensive services works, the project exceeded all client expectations, including Mosman Council and The Art Gallery Management Staff.

Both our Director’s Paul Boyd (Construction/Project Manager) and Warren Stephens (Site Manager) managed this project to completion in June 2012.
