Refurbishment of Office Space into Maritime Simulation Training Facility

Northern Beaches College Maritime Training Facility consisted of the complete internal strip out of existing office space and the construction of new simulator spaces for TAFE Maritime training facility.

Scope of work was typical to any commercial fit out which consisted of the refurbishment of existing office space into a new maritime simulation facility. Works included demolition of all existing walls, ceilings, finishes and services and the construction of a new purpose built space. New works included acoustic rated walls and ceilings, detailed joinery, wall & floor finishes, all essential services such as electrical, hydraulic, fire, security and mechanical, specialist services including Audio Visual, CBUS and Communications.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule despite numerous client induced variations.
