Refurbishment to a number of buildings due to Flood Damage

Project Value – $2,603,147.00

The works under contract was for the refurbishment and flood damage repair works to of all but one of the existing school buildings at St Anthony’s Catholic Parish Primary School.

The works involved the demolition and replacement with new to any water damaged finish including carpets and vinyl, plasterboard walls, glazing, operable walls, pin board wall linings, timber cladding, joinery, furniture, floor structures, mechanical services, electrical services, hydraulic services, tiling and the like.

Once complete the refurbished spaces included multipurpose hall, toilets, kitchen, classrooms, library and administration spaces.

The works were completed in a staged process and ahead of schedule meeting the school and Catholic Education Office’s objectives.
