The works under contract was for the construction of a single storey amenities building at Wilton Recreation Reserve for Wollondilly Shire Council.

The core structure was piling, concrete and steel framework.

The building was clad with a combination of glazing, metal wall cladding and brickwork with metal roofing.

Once the building was enclosed and water tight internal fitout works included provision toilets, kitchen, change rooms and the like and trades included vinyl flooring, toilet partitions, joinery, roller doors and all services trades.

The project was completed defect free meeting all of our client’s objectives and targets.
